  • How are the shipments executed?

    Our shipments are executed by bpost.

    The boxes have been designed in such a way that they can fit into the post box. It’s easy, a little surprise in your post box. This way no one has to be at home to open the door for the courier. In the summer months, alternatives will be looked into with regards to packaging and / or products.

  • How long will it take for my package to arrive?

    The shipments for Belgium will be delivered on the working day after the posting date.

    If you have placed an order for a delivery in another country (The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France, Germany, the United Kingdom or Sweden), the delivery may take up to 2 to 4 days after the posting date, depending on the location. The delivery time in days is expressed in working days; holidays and weekends are not taken into account. Orders placed on holidays and in weekends will be processed on the following working day. The delivery times are indications and are valid for orders placed before 2 p.m. We cannot offer a guarantee on the delivery times but we will do our utmost to ensure a punctual follow-up.

  • Can I indicate a delivery date?

    Can B'choc'D deliver on the requested date.

    Yes, if you want to be sure that your order will be followed up in a timely fashion, you can already enter an order. A field has been provided for to fill in a desired delivery date. We will try to take this date into account as much as possible.

  • Do I have to register to be able to order?

    No, you can order without creating an account.

    No, you can order and pay as a guest without having to register. Convenient and fast.

  • How much does a shipment cost?

    Shipping costs for a B'choc'D pakket are 2,35€ for Belgium and 7,19€ for The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France, Germany, the United Kingdom or Sweden

    Our shipping costs are based on bpost’s shipping costs for packages weighing up to 350g.

    These are the costs VAT not included. For large orders to one and the same address other possibilities can be looked into.

  • What if my selected products are not available?

    If a product is temporarily unavailable, B'choc'D can offer you a different product. You can always decline the proposed alternative.Promotions are always offered during a limited period of time and depend on the availability of the products.

  • How are the prices mentioned?

    Prices are always VAT included, shipping costs are mentioned separately.

  • How are the payments executed?

    B'choc'D supports the most common online payment methods and uses the Mollie payment platform.

    We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Belfius Direct Net, CBC Online, KBC Online.

  • Are the products transported in optimal conditions?

    B'choc'D uses professional delivery services but is not responsible for damage that products have suffered during transport.

    Our packaging has been developed in such a way as to avoid damage to the product. High temperatures do not agree with chocolate. That is why we will consider alternatives in specific periods, such as offering other products or suitable packaging.

  • Where does B'choc'D deliver

    B'choc'D only delivers in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Sweden.

    In the initial stage our products are delivered in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Sweden.

  • How do I send back an order?

    A delivery that has been paid for cannot, in principle, be cancelled.

    The right of withdrawal is excluded given the personalised nature of the products. If the quality of our products is not as expected, you can contact us by mail: Our collaborators will then investigate if you can send back your products.In that case we will reimburse the full purchase price as soon as possible or we will deliver new products.Notify us within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with the quality or if an order has been wrongly delivered. You will not have to pay for incomplete or erroneous orders.Our responsibility can never be larger than the amount of the erroneous or incomplete order.

  • What is the shelf life of the B'choc'D products?

    Chocolate is best kept at a temperature between 14°C and 20°C

    Our tablets will keep up to 4 months. Storing them for a longer period of time is possible, but will not have a good influence on the taste. A best-before date is printed on the sleeve. This date is 4 months after the filling of the boxes. Please also bear in mind to stock the chocolate in a scent- and moisture-free space.

  • Can I, as a company, get an invoice for my order?

    B'choc'D can deliver an invoice on request.

    As of 10 items B'choc'D can draft an invoice when we have received the required data such as the VAT number. Please contact us directly for orders of 10 items or more.

  • I want to order multiple boxes with the same lay-out, do I have to do this one at a time on the site?

    We are taking orders starting from 10 boxes.

    For now the orders have to be created one at a time by means of the site. For orders of 10 items or more, you would do best to contact us to take your order. All the info then needs to be sent to us by e-mail ( so that we can create your personalised boxes. You need to send us a photograph with the desired message and tagline.

  • I would like to send along an additional personal message in the boxes, is this possible?

    As of a minimum number of 10 boxes, you can ask for the delivery of an extra card

    The dimensions of this card will have to be compatible with those of the boxes. This means 20 cm by 16 cm max. We ask you to contact us and send us the additional message. Because of the additional handling, an extra cost of 1 EURO per box will be added to the total price.

  • Can all photographs be printed onto the sleeve?

    All square photographs can be printed.

    The maximum dimensions for printing the photograph on the sleeve, are 6x6cm, and, as a result, the photograph will be trimmed during the uploading process. Make sure we receive clear photographs. Contentwise, B'choc'D can refuse an order if a selected photograph or message is too offensive.If an order receives a negative judgment, the customer will be notified of this and the paid amount will be reimbursed.

  • What kind of allergens are linked to the assortments?

    Our chocolates contain soy lecithin.

    They may also contain milk, nuts, eggs and gluten because of the ingredients used or because of possible contamination. The allergens and the list of ingredients are also mentioned for the attention of the recipient on the rear of the packaging.

  • What can be personalised?

    The sleeve around the box can be personalised.

    Around the box with the chocolates a sleeve is placed on which the picture you have chosen is printed, along with a personal message and a selected chocolate quote. Additionally, as of 10 items, an extra message can be sent along in the box if you so desire. This message has to be written and sent in by the customer him- or herself. We are considering the future possibility of also personalising chocolates. For now, it is the sleeve around the packaging that is personalised.
